Harmony Day 2016

On March 18 our school community celebrated Harmony Day and also observed the “National Day Against Bullying”.   Children from all year levels made a banner with important anti-bullying messages.  Four banners were chosen from each class and the banners were then joined together and hung in the undercover area as our school made a stance to make our school bully free.  The highlight of the day was the wonderful food that was prepared and shared by our families.  The delicious dishes reflected the many nations that make up our multi-cultural community and the homelands of our families.   Harmony Day remains an important event on our calendar because our children come from so many different countries across the world.
